terms of service

- I communicate through twitter (@friedtiiger) and discord (friedtiiger#5688/@FRIEDTIIGER) primarily, though emailing me at [email protected] is also acceptable.-Payments are through Paypal, in USD. If you have venmo i will accept it, but please let me know when you DM me that this is the service you plan to use.-Payments MUST be sent through "Goods and services" - n o t "friends and family"!-I require payment in full before I begin working on your commission.- Once the sketch has been started, the commission is nonrefundable. If i have not started you can get a full refund.-Traditional commissions will be physically mailed to the commissioner, in which case an address must be provided.-Digital commissions will be sent to the commissioner as the watermarked png, please provide your email when the commission is done.-I will send WIPs to the commissioner as I work, if there is anything that needs to be changed, please tell me BEFORE the last minute.-Turnaround time can be anywhere between one night or a few months depending on the commission, but it may take longer if things in my life change. I will update the client about any of these changes and they will get a rough time estimate the day they commission me.-The client can repost my artwork so long as it's the watermarked version and I am credited properly, but I reserve the right to use the artwork as an example of that type of commission on my page.-any last minute big changes (such as adding clothes, wings, etc) will cost you an extra fee.-commissions can be used for personal use only (non commercial)-commissions or adopts can NEVER BE used for nfts - none of my work can or will be used this way.- If you repeatedly ask for quotes and then ghost me, I reserve the right to blacklist you.- If you ask for a hold on an adoptable or a commission slot and back out, I also reserve the right to blacklist you from future adopts and openings, but this can be case-by-case.- I will not do any holds longer than 24 hours.- If you are planning to buy an adoptable or a custom to use as a premade fursuit or partial, the charge is an extra +100% of the original price. please be honest and let me know this is your intention! I would absolutely love to work with fursuit makers, but i also believe in being compensated for my design work.

Acrylic Painting commissions

TERMS OF SERVICE

- I will paint animals and landscapes only! No human portraits.
- Animals can include pets, wildlife, or OCs, including fantasty creatures.
- The client will always receive the physical canvas and a high quality photo of their painting.
- The client will always cover shipping unless i state otherwise in a post (via a sale). I am located in canada, so plan accordingly. Larger painting sizes will cost more to ship than smaller ones.
- You may not produce prints, stickers, or any other merchandise of my artwork for profit, only for personal use.
- You may not use my paintings for AI purposes.
You may not use my paintings for nft purposes.
- As of right now, I have not done any full paintings of non-realistic OCs, so if commissioned for one, it will be experimental!
